EdPuzzle is a web based tool and program I used to house my classroom flip videos. Not only was I able to upload and use my own videos to share with my class, but also use a database of other videos from other teachers. On EdPuzzle, you are able to add features such as pausing and doing voice override to pausing and having questions students need to answer correctly before moving on to the rest of the video- a great way to track your students understanding.
WeVideo is the online toll I used to create my classroom flip videos. WeVideo is a app from the Google store that you are able to upload both pictures and videos and edit to create a video. This program reminds me a lot of Movie Maker, but so much better because you can access it from any web-based computer.
BrainPopis a web resource I use to review concepts taught in my class. BrainPOP creates animated videos that engage students in their content while supporting educators to boost achievement. There are videos that cover almost any topic and quizzes, activities, and games to match the videos.
KAHOOT is a fun learning game to review concepts covered in class. You are able to make your own Kahoot games, or select pre-made Kahoots from other users. Kahoot is a game that actively engages students by having multiple timed series of questions. Each player is on their own device playing against each other, with encourages players to do their best in the friendly competition. I love using Kahoot for something as simple as a warm-up or starter question or something more complex like a quiz review.
